Track every vehicle.
Control every litre.
SmartFleet unifies GPS fleet management and integrated fuel payments in a single platform — engineered for the roads, networks, and currencies of West Africa.
Trusted across West Africa’s fuel & fleet networks
Everything your fleet needs, nothing it doesn’t
Six modules, one login, one source of truth. Fuel spend, telemetry, driver behaviour, and maintenance all live in the same dashboard — no bridges, no sync delays.
Live operations, one map
Every vehicle, trip, and fuel event on a single real-time map. Click a pin for driver, speed, fuel level, and the last event — then act with one click.
GPS-validated fuel
Authorise every litre against the vehicle’s real position.
Driver safety score
A 50–100 score that triggers coaching automatically.
Maintenance
Odometer-driven preventive schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and downtime analytics.
Field Service
Dispatch crews, capture GPS-correlated proof-of-work, and track SLA performance in real time.
Reporting
Build any report without SQL, schedule delivery, export donor-ready dashboards to PDF.
Every litre, authorised against the vehicle’s real position
Because fuel lives inside SmartFleet — not a separate app — the authorisation engine checks the live GPS location before a single drop is dispensed. Card in one town, truck in another? Flagged or declined.
- GPS-mismatch fraud detection
- Per-driver controls & PIN
- Tank fill & siphon detection
- Daily station settlement
A safety score your drivers actually understand
A 50–100 score over a rolling four-week window, weighted by events per 1,000 km. Speeding, harsh braking, after-hours use, and DUI fails feed one leaderboard — and trigger coaching automatically.
- Harsh-event detection
- Bluetooth breathalyser (DUI)
- Automated coaching
- Penalty & payroll export
Not adapted for West Africa. Designed for it.
Global platforms assume fast networks, card rails, and one currency. SmartFleet assumes the opposite — and works anyway.
Mobile Money first
Top up wallets and settle stations via Orange Money, MTN, and Airtel.
Offline-first
Trackers buffer and forward; the app queues and syncs. Nothing is lost when the network drops.
Multi-currency
LRD, SLL, GNF, and USD — every balance and report in the local currency.
Dual-SIM ready
Built for the dual-SIM, multi-network GPS hardware common across the region.
*Indicative pilot result; varies by fleet and baseline.
Hardware and payment rails, already connected
A pluggable adapter layer for GPS hardware, plus native Mobile Money and card integrations.
Operators who stopped guessing
“We stopped guessing where fuel went. Every transaction now ties to a vehicle on the map — losses dropped the first month.”
“One login for tracking and fuel. Our dispatchers and finance team finally look at the same numbers.”
“Offline sync just works on the routes where nothing else does. Donor reports take minutes, not days.”
Questions, answered
Everything you need to know before a demo.
No. SmartFleet works with common dual-SIM GPS trackers (Teltonika, Concox, Queclink) through a pluggable adapter layer. Bring your own compatible devices, or we can recommend suppliers.
Because fuel is a module inside SmartFleet — not a separate system — the authorisation engine queries the vehicle’s latest GPS position before a transaction is approved. If the card and vehicle are far apart, the transaction is flagged or declined.
Yes. Trackers buffer and forward when offline, the POS app authorises against cached rules, and the mobile app queues actions and syncs on reconnect. Timestamps are reconciled to the device clock.
LRD, SLL, GNF, and USD, with Mobile Money (Orange, MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and card top-ups. Every balance, receipt, and report is shown in the local currency.
Enterprise deployments can run on a dedicated schema, and the architecture supports data-sovereign hosting for government and regulated clients.
